These terms cover your use of nitinest.com. "Niti Nest", "we" and "us" mean NITI NEST, the trade name of Rachna Dhull, sole proprietor, Rohtak, Haryana, India (GSTIN 06BZGPD3104E1Z3).
Our software services
We provide our software, Yantra, only to businesses, under a separate written contract with each client. That contract sets out the service, the price and each side's obligations. Where it differs from these terms, the contract applies.
A client can connect its own WhatsApp Business account to Yantra. The client stays the owner of that account, remains responsible for its messages and for following Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies, and pays Meta directly for its use. The client can disconnect the account at any time.
Using this website
- Use this site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, overload it, or interfere with it.
- The content of this site belongs to Niti Nest. You may read and share links to it, but not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
